The Farmstead Estates can be built to suit from scratch with help from our architect, or you may choose to start with inspiration from one of our pre-designed plans that can be customized specifically for your family.
The Ellington:
The Ellington consists of two bedroom suites on the first floor, three additional spacious bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and a three car garage. This Farmstead Estates plan provides stunning curb appeal and ample living space spread across two floors. Built to suit, this plan can be customized to fit your specific family needs.
The Ashley:
The Ashley is a five-bedroom modern farmhouse with a two-car garage and in-law suite. Inside, there are two suites on the main level, cathedral ceilings, and so much more! With 4.5 bathrooms and a bonus room, this plan can be fully customized to fit your family needs.
The Hailey:
The Hailey consists of four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a bonus room, and a loft. The large covered porch spanning three-quarters of the home and French-style doors really bring indoor/outdoor living to life. Fully customizable to fit your family needs.
The Camden:
The Camden includes a spacious primary suite on the first floor, three additional bedrooms on the second floor, and two car garage with additional basement space. Boasting 4.5 bathrooms, a theater room, and butler’s pantry, this modern farmhouse plan can be tailored to your family needs.
The Sterling:

We started this project two years ago when we felt called to move here and build our dream farmhouse for our blended family. It became more than just a home to us. We found a place of rest, the ability to spend more quality time together, enjoy the land, and raise our own farm animals. We’ve truly begun to learn and understand the importance of farming and where our food comes from, and now we want to share that journey with you! Come be our neighbor!
About Batavia
Conveniently located in the heart of Clermont County, Batavia is a suburb of 30,000 located just outside of downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.
