Choose from one of our modern farmhouse plans below, or bring your own custom home plans with our approval and build to suit the modern farmhouse of your dreams. For custom house plans to be considered for building at the Farmstead Estates, they must have a minimum of 4000 live-able square feet and at least a 2-car garage.

The Ellington

The Ellington consists of two bedroom suites on the first floor, three additional spacious bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and a three car garage. The Ashley
